Only some of those are stupid. Some look like "project" guns-someone testing their own abilities-like the BB muzzleloader (which might be a novel asassination tool). The double bolt-action is for a quick followup when hunting dangerous game.

And the C.O.P? Good idea. The heavy trigger is probably a result of it being a 4-barrel gun with a rotating firing pin, like an old pepperbox. The recoil probably isn't bad with .38s. And it IS a backup gun; it isn't like you'd be putting 50 rounds a day through it. Some of the new Scandiums are no better. Given a choice of that or a tiny pocket .25, I wouldn't even have to think about it (know where I can get one cheap?).

A 50 BMG revolver? OK, that is stupid--though it'd be a laugh riot to see someone else shoot it (just have a first aid kit handy).
